Win a $20 Gift Certificate for RPGNow
If it hasn’t been apparent in the last few months, I have been collaborating with Jonathan Jacobs and Quinn Murphy (of The Core Mechanic and At-Will, respectively). It began with Skill Challenges of War series on the Core Mechanic (which you can download the PDF here) followed by an article that should be appearing in Kobold Quarterly #10. We have some other ideas that we would like to explore and any responses to the survey below will help guide our next steps.
For the next two weeks (at least), anyone who answers the short survey will be entered to win a $20 gift certificate for www.rpgnow.com. The winner will be randomly chosen. If anyone with blogs or websites would like to help us out, linkbacks are much appreciated!

Good luck with the project. If I take GURPS Villains as a benchmark, I’d have liked a more complete mini-adventure with each villain. That way, it’s more interesting than simply an NPC book.
Does nuts and bolts of villain creation refer to mechanical bits or general information about building villains sans mechanics?
@Siskoid: Thanks for the suggestion!
@Tommi: Nuts & bolts isn’t about the mechanics, but how to create memmorable, believeable, and useable villains.
Michael: Okay, good, that’s what I assumed when filling the form.
