RPG Blog Anthology – Only a Week Left for Nominations!

Next Monday, December 1st, is the deadline for entering nominations to the Open Game Table: The 2008 Anthology of Roleplaying Game Blogs that is being masterminded my Jonathan of The Core Mechanic.  I have seen some really good articles published in the past few weeks, so make sure you get your favority articles nominated!

If this is the first time you have heard about the Anthology, it will be a collection of the best articles written in the last year by RPG Bloggers.  The topics range from advice (player & GM) to setting/system specific resources to homebrew.  The ultimate goal of the Anthology will be to introduce gamers who may not be aware of the RPG blogging community to the wealth of resources available online.

After the deadline, the nominations will be reviewed by Open Game Table volunteers who will pick the best to be published.  These entries will then go through the editing process and hopefully by early next year, the book will be sitting on some shelves.  This is process as I understand it, but I may be slightly off some details.  I have dropped my name in the hat to be a volunteer.  Jonathan is looking for reviewers and artists willing to donate their time to make the project a reality (which seems like an awesome method to get your name credited for some work).
